Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major regions within Tanzania and selected international destinations. Our primary delivery hub is in Dar es Salaam, supported by trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries nationwide and beyond.
Dar es Salaam Delivery
To provide excellent service to our Dar es Salaam customers, we have set clear delivery cut-off times:
- Orders placed before 15:00 (3:00 PM) – Same-Day Delivery within Dar es Salaam on business days.
- Orders placed after 15:00 (3:00 PM) – Delivery will be scheduled for the next business day.
For light packages, we use Bolt to ensure quick and affordable door-to-door delivery within the city.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight & dimensions
- Delivery location
- Delivery speed (standard or express)
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order. Special items (e.g., servers, heavy UPS systems) may incur additional handling fees.
